The Client Solutions Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting both the organization’s internal infrastructure databases and its external client databases, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability across all environments. This role directly supports both Implementation Services and Data Services while also partnering closely with Client Services, Development, and customer IT teams. The DBA will contribute to database structure improvements, manage database operations, and support customer implementations, including working with customer-supplied servers and providing expert guidance to IT departments when needed.
