Are you looking for an opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer-facing impact in a forward-thinking product company? The Role As a Client Solutions Manager, you play a key role in the sales process by helping customers understand how the Dise platform can support their retail and in-store experience strategies. In this role you are a part of our commercial team, supporting our customers and partners to shape solutions, demonstrate value and help move opportunities forward. This is a client-facing, commercially focused role where your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into clear, practical solutions will be critical.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within sales or client solutions
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and business-focused way
  • Experience presenting solutions or running customer workshops
  • A consultative approach and strong relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working with SaaS platforms and digital solutions
  • Fluent English

Nice To Haves

  • Technical background or familiarity with APIs, integrations or digital platforms is beneficial
  • Spanish is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account managers to support customer meetings and sales opportunities
  • Help customers understand how the Dise platform can solve real business challenges
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and solution presentations
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the sales process, guiding customers toward the right solution
  • Contribute to proposals, solution descriptions and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with customers and partners
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation by supporting internal handovers
  • Capture customer insights and market feedback to support product development
