As a Client Strategy & Solutions Specialist, you’ll be at the center of this opportunity. We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused professional, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and wants to help shape how capital is deployed across public and private markets. Who This Role Is Perfect For : You’ve built a strong foundation in strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional execution and now you want to apply those skills in a dynamic investment environment. You’ve worked closely with institutional clients and want to take on a more strategic, entrepreneurial role with broader exposure to investment strategy and business building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of institutional client management, investment solutions, management consulting, or other related investment experience.
  • Passion for problem solving with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information for leadership or client audience.
  • Executive presence and the composure to interact with senior leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Effective team player, able to work with people of all levels.
  • High level of self-initiative, with strong integrity and ethics.
  • Organized, detail oriented, with strong project management skills.
  • Successful track record of working in a team environment.
  • Ability to take support a multi-national group.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening and writing skills.
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

  • CFA, or progress towards a CFA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth: Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute client strategy across partner engagement, deal execution, and investment solutioning.
  • Be a builder: Help stand up SCG’s client-facing organization from the ground up—this is a rare chance to build within a global powerhouse.
  • Craft the narrative: Develop compelling content and messaging that articulates PGIM’s differentiated value across asset classes, especially in credit, private debt, and real estate.
  • Connect the dots: Liaise across PGIM businesses to unlock cross-platform opportunities and deliver integrated solutions to complex client needs.
  • Own the client experience: Support high-stakes client engagements, from pitch to onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
  • Operate at the intersection: Gain fluency across public and private markets and help translate investment insights into actionable strategies for institutional clients.
