About The Position

At The ADi Group, we specialize in helping businesses stand out through creative branding, printing, and promotional solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and growth-minded Client Success Consultant to join our team in Urbandale. This role is a unique hybrid: you will support our Sales Executives with project execution, manage your own set of clients, and help drive brand awareness through targeted marketing and networking. Please note: to best support our local clients and collaborate with our team, this position requires working onsite at our Urbandale office.

Requirements

  • Education: College degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (must have moderately advanced spreadsheet skills).
  • Strong numeric aptitude and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Traits: Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
  • ADA Requirements:
  • Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all required documentation. Must be able to speak effectively with customers and maintain systems appropriately. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Account Ownership (30-40%)
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow your own assigned portfolio of existing clients. You are responsible for client retention and satisfaction.
  • Growth & Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell products (e.g., introducing a print client to our apparel options) that improve the client’s business.
  • Consultation: Present creative product solutions and attend client meetings in person to maintain strong relationships.
  • Account Support & Project Management (30-40%)
  • The "Handoff" Execution: Partner with Account Executives to take over projects once the initial sale is made. You will serve as the operational engine, ensuring the client’s vision is executed perfectly.
  • Project Coordination: Manage the details of sourcing, quoting, and production for complex print and promotional orders.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for these accounts, handling questions, updates, and troubleshooting to free up the Sales Executive for new business development.
  • Business Development & Marketing (15%)
  • Digital Outreach: Utilize approved email templates to contact lists of prospective clients (no cold calling required).
  • Social Engagement: Actively engage on LinkedIn to build connections and increase The ADi Group's visibility.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences and local networking events approximately 3–4 times per year.
  • Marketing Operations: Oversee the company’s monthly newsletter and manage the email distribution list to ensure consistent client communication.
  • Order Processing & Financials (10%)
  • Accuracy: Enter and process orders with precision, ensuring billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Relations: Communicate professionally with vendors to track timelines and ensure deliverables meet ADI Group standards.
  • Team Operations (5%)
  • Collaboration: Provide administrative backup to other team members as needed.
  • Logistics: Assist with creating client kits, shipping, and receiving functions when necessary.
