About The Position

The Opportunity Homecare Homebase is searching for a Client Success Financial System Administrator who will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the financial and payroll capabilities of our software. This exciting opportunity will ensure a return on investment for our customer base and optimal use of the financial and payroll features. The Challenge At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Client Success System Administrator, you will play an essential role in educating customers on new functionality released and in developing initiatives for continuous business process improvements. You will track system configuration for assigned customers and utilize product knowledge to offer solutions to business needs. As an Exempt Employee, you are expected to exercise independent judgement and discretion about matters of significance concerning your assigned customers, which includes providing recommendations on Payor Setup that would have a material impact on your customer’s operations and profitability, as well as their compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Regulations and compliance with Payor Contracts. Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality standards
  • Resolving issues and answering questions from customers and internal stakeholders related to the financial and payroll areas of our software
  • Understanding the customer's needs, goals, and strategies and translating those needs into initiatives and solutions
  • Exhibiting analytical, critical thinking skills to achieve and demonstrate a return on investment
  • Creating documentation for our knowledge base
