Develop Health is on a mission to use AI to radically accelerate access to life-saving medications. By automating complex, manual healthcare processes—like benefit verification and prior authorization— we’ve achieved 10x revenue growth over the past year, growing from $0 to >$10M in annual recurring revenue in less than 2 years, and currently help more than 400,000 new patients every month . We’re partnering with some of the largest pharmacy benefit managers and payers in the nation, revolutionizing how healthcare interactions occur by eliminating human delays and inefficiencies. Our small, elite team of founders and engineers have previously launched and exited successful healthcare startups including Rupa Health and Canvas Medical. We are now scaling rapidly following a major funding round. About The Role: We launched our Life Sciences division last year, partnering directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers to improve patient access, accelerate therapy adoption, and remove barriers between patients and the medications they need. We’re looking for experienced industry leaders who want to help redefine how pharmaceutical access programs operate, and we're looking to recruit a Client Success Manager - Life Sciences to manage and grow partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers using our platform. This role serves as the primary owner of pharmaceutical client programs on the Develop Health platform, responsible for ensuring program success, building strong manufacturer relationships, and helping clients achieve their patient access objectives. You will work closely with pharmaceutical stakeholders, including brand, patient services, and market access teams, to ensure programs are operating effectively, delivering measurable value, and aligned with the brand’s commercialization goals. This role combines client leadership, analytics, program management, and cross-functional coordination. You will partner closely with teams across product, operations, data, engineering, and sales to deliver strong outcomes for clients and patients. This position reports to the Head of Life Sciences, and will involve up to 35% travel. The role is also hybrid, with an expectation that you'll spend 3 days on-site in Menlo Park (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) every week.
