About The Position

You will play a pivotal role supporting our Programmatic Sales function in understanding our customers' needs, ensuring excellent customer experience, and building long-term customer loyalty by combining service excellence with growth-oriented thinking. You will assist account management & client services with executions, and optimizations for programmatic direct deals running via PMP (Private Marketplaces) & PG (Programmatic Guaranteed). Own the day-to-day management of PMP & PGs, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that all are performing and pacing optimally by acting as the primary point of contact for any issues or escalations. Partner with Client Success, Programmatic, the broader Streaming digital sales and planning teams to construct and deliver curated inventory proposals to interpret and respond to client RFP & RFI requests. Manage and optimize existing campaigns, leveraging key campaign performance dimensions relative to client goals and business KPI's. Partner with the campaign activators to provide recommendations on potential enhancements based on client feedback and personal experiences with a primary focus on campaign execution and revenue growth. Facilitate new deal set ups in partnership with Ad Operations; owning pacing, delivery, and optimizations. Proactively identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Direct Sales and Programmatic Sales. Support Account Executives and the Programmatic team to prepare insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to show ROI and value delivered. Monitor client health, satisfaction, and engagement metrics; escalate risks and mitigate churn. Provide campaign insights, optimization recommendations, and best practices to drive client outcomes. Meet or exceed growth targets through renewal and expansion efforts and ensure clients realize measurable value from Locality’s products. Maintain accuracy of CRM data and other systems together with Account Executive counterparts for forecasting, order management, and reporting. Works with team on development of reporting dashboards; ensures clean, accurate, and actionable client reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years' experience in digital media, customer success, account management, or advertising.
  • 1-2+ years’ experience working in FreeWheel’s Programmatic Module and/or Magnite or similar platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of OTT/CTV platforms, programmatic industry, digital advertising strategies, and performance measurement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to suggest content packages that align with a client's goals.
  • Advise AEs on a weekly basis on strategic optimizations for active / pending accounts.
  • Conduct quality control checks across pre- and post-sales environments to ensure accuracy and delivery.
  • Documented record of achieving growth or retention goals in a media/advertising role.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
