About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to drive client satisfaction, growth, and performance in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. The Client Success Manager will oversee client campaigns from onboarding to optimization, ensuring budgets are efficiently utilized and performance goals are met. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role involves analyzing campaign data, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges and improve outcomes. You will translate performance metrics into compelling narratives for clients, helping them achieve their business objectives. With a strategic and proactive approach, you will directly impact client retention and long-term revenue growth. This fully remote role offers flexibility while enabling high visibility and influence within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of account management or client success experience in digital advertising.
  • Proven experience managing, nurturing, and scaling relationships with brands and advertisers.
  • Subject matter expertise in digital advertising models, including PPC, CPA, CPC, and LTV.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and craft performance-driven insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting, and data extraction techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent platform changes and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client campaigns end-to-end, from onboarding through ongoing optimization, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product, policy, or process challenges affecting campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and present clear recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to provide strategic guidance.
  • Drive high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account success through exceptional service.
