As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing client campaigns, ensuring they achieve their performance goals while maximizing efficiency and budget utilization. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and owning the ongoing management and growth of assigned accounts. You will provide strategic insights and identify opportunities to scale accounts post-launch through upselling and cross-selling. Your role will involve analyzing campaign data, crafting compelling performance narratives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client success. With a strong understanding of digital advertising models such as PPC, CPA, CPC, and LTV, and a sales-minded, proactive approach to problem-solving, you will drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
