About The Position

The Client Support Specialist supports the individuals served at Victory Bay through coordination of their medical and clinical treatment needs. Through collaboration with both the medical and clinical teams, the Care Coordinator supports individuals to achieve their recovery goals.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year professional experience in the behavioral health field; Lived experience can be accepted in lieu of.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor tracking system of required UDS.
  • Obtain UDS from clients.
  • Liase with the laboratory.
  • Coordinate the sending of confirmation screens to lab.
  • Report positive screening results to the clinical and medical teams.
  • Enter UDS results into EHR system.
  • Support the coordination of external referrals.
  • Auditing Ancillary notes for completion
  • Facilitate Recovery oriented support groups.
  • Create Meaningful Connections: Demonstrates ability to function effectively as a part of team. Uses outstanding oral and written communication with employees at all levels of the business for support and sharing of information.
