Perform tree pruning, tree removal, shrub pruning, mulch installation, and stump grinding on client properties. Operate like a pro. Handle small engine equipment including chainsaws, shears, string trimmers, and more. Own the client experience. Communicate clearly with clients about the services being performed and what to expect — leaving every property and every customer in great shape. Work hard, together. Thrive in a team environment while also being able to get things done independently when needed.
Requirements
- Good physical ability and comfort working at heights
- Safety focus and a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull objects while walking 3+ miles per day
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain DOT certification
Nice To Haves
- CDL holder or ability to obtain a CDL is a strong plus
- Heavy equipment experience is a bonus — clam truck, bucket truck, or aerial truck experience highly valued
