Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
3+ years of BCBA experience in a clinic setting
1+ years of experience supervising RBTs

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs, providing mentorship, supervision, and support.
Manage scheduling to ensure balanced caseloads and strong BCBA coverage.
Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision.
Maintain a targeted caseload of 22 therapy hours/week, blending leadership with hands-on clinical work.
