Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
Independent Oregon license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.).
Strong leadership chops with a balance of business skills + people skills .
A collaborator who thrives in a high-energy, evolving environment.
Someone who’s organized but also embraces creativity and humor when problem-solving.

Board-certified supervisor preferred.
