About The Position
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clinic CMA or LPN is responsible for managing nursing care, essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient's health and wellness within their scope of practice. The Clinic CMA or LPN will direct and support nursing/clinical personnel providing patient care within the facility as assigned by the Clinical Director. HOURS: Full-time, 72 hours per pay period. Will routinely work between the Britt and Garner Clinic locations but must be willing to travel to all clinic locations if necessary.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for medical assistant or an accredited School of Nursing.
- Must be credentialed as either a medical assistant or be currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Iowa.
- Must have good clinical skills.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, computer skills, ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, telephone etiquette, and ability to work well with others as a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinic experience preferred.
