Medi-Weightloss of Princeton is seeking a high-energy, people-first Clinic Operations Manager to lead our medical weight loss clinic. This individual will oversee daily operations, drive new patient enrollment, and ensure the delivery of exceptional, compliant, patient-centered care. Position Overview The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for: Leading and developing clinic staff Driving new patient consultations and enrollment Overseeing administrative and operational workflows Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and franchise standards This role reports directly to ownership and plays a critical part in the clinic’s growth and culture. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity. You will not be stepping into someone else’s culture. You will help build it. This role requires leadership, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and comfort operating in a medical environment. Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in medical office or healthcare operations management.
  • Proven success in a performance driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Experience managing teams and holding performance standards.
  • Strong communication skills, in person and on the phone.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Clinical licensure not required.

  • Ensure patients receive professional, compassionate, and consistent care.
  • Address patient concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Support a structured environment that balances accountability with encouragement.
  • Create and atmosphere that feels safe, focused and motivating.
