About The Position

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the administrative and operational workflow of our outpatient clinic. This role focuses on intake coordination, scheduling systems, medical office operations, and the secure handling of client information. The Clinic Operations Manager ensures the clinic runs efficiently by managing operational processes that support admissions, providers, and administrative functions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced behavioral health environment and enjoys supporting teams, managing operations, and helping create a structured, supportive program for adolescents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in medical office operations, healthcare administration, or clinic management
• Experience supporting intakes, patient scheduling, and records management
• Strong understanding of confidential client information handling
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Highly organized with strong administrative and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office and administrative clinic operations
• Coordinate client intake scheduling and appointment management
• Manage provider calendars and operational scheduling systems
• Ensure accurate management of client records and sensitive information
