Job Summary We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent phone skills, and the ability to work independently once fully trained. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, highly reliable, and demonstrates strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced clinical environment. Once fully trained and able to work independently, the schedule will be: Monday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Tuesday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Wednesday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM The primary location for this role will be Somersworth, NH, with some initial training conducted at our Lee, NH office. Occasionally, coverage may be needed in Lee or Pease on Thursdays and Fridays; however, this would not be a regular expectation. Our walk-in clinic remains open for most holidays. These shifts typically include a holiday differential. Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under close to general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
