Mass General Brigham Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine at 100 Cummings Center in Beverly, Massachusetts is part of the world‑class Mass General Brigham health system, recognized nationally for excellence in orthopedic care and musculoskeletal medicine. The outpatient practice provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation for a broad range of orthopedic conditions, including acute injuries, chronic joint and muscle disorders, and sports‑related injuries of patients of all ages. As part of a larger integrated orthopedic service line, the team works collaboratively to deliver compassionate, personalized care using advanced medical and surgical techniques as well as evidence‑based, minimally invasive approaches. We are seeking a full time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our practice. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM. Our Clinic/Practice Assistants are a well-established and highly collaborative team dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of our orthopedic practice. With experienced staff onsite, they provide structured mentoring and hands-on training, fostering a supportive environment for growth and professional development. We are looking for someone motivated and eager to learn, ready to contribute to a team that values organization and efficiency! Job Summary Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties. Actual job duties may vary by Department.
