We have an opportunity within our Sales team for a Clinical Account Manager covering the Southeast region from Michigan to Florida and occasionally extending support to other regions of the United States. This position is responsible for providing clinical support and product expertise to physicians and clinical staff. The ideal candidate is someone who can successfully manage a long sales cycle and understands the selling environment within the Operating Room while leveraging business opportunities that support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred
  • 1-5 years Nursing/Healthcare experience, Registered Nurse required.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% within designated geographical region.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Enjoys working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical product assistance and training to physicians and clinical staff through case procedures/evaluations within an assigned region.
  • Educate customers on products by providing clinical information and in-service training.
  • Train surgeons, professional teams, and medical personnel on product use.
  • Provides technical medical product assistance during surgical procedures and clinical applications.
  • Works directly with clinical teams to provide support, awareness, and guidance on product offerings.
  • Collects and analyzes data regarding customer experiences to better understand needs and solutions.
  • Develop and grow customer relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical and hospital administrators, and staff.
  • Drives collaboration and maintains open communication with assigned team and other internal/external partners.
