First and only PDAC-approved 3D printed custom insole in the world 🌎 3 proprietary AI models that power the experience Two products: one for employers & health plans, one for clinics — creating a virtuous cycle of clinician-labeled data Expanded care access to 100,000+ Americans to date The Opportunity We’re hiring our first dedicated Clinical Account Management Leader to own the post-sale lifecycle and long-term growth of our clinical partnerships. You’ll work directly with: O&P practices Independent and multi-location podiatry groups Hospital systems and MSK departments Regional and national clinic networks This role sits at the intersection of clinical relationships, revenue growth, onboarding excellence, and product feedback loops. You’ll ensure: Smooth onboarding and implementation Frequent, high-quality check-ins Strong adoption across providers and staff High retention and expansion A consistently excellent clinical customer experience You will also be the connective tissue between Sales → SalesOps → Implementation → Product, ensuring zero dropped balls during handoffs and scaling. Requirements

  • 6–12 years in med device, O&P, podiatry, MSK, healthcare or technology
  • Experience selling to or managing relationships with clinical / healthcare customers
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations and reimbursement workflows
  • Experience managing multi-site clinical groups or health systems is a plus
  • Proven ability to drive retention and expansion
  • Comfortable leading demos, trainings, and clinical workshops
  • Exceptionally strong relationship builder
  • Highly organized with strong project management discipline
  • Proactive communicator
  • Comfortable managing multiple high-profile accounts
  • Able to translate clinical feedback into actionable product insight
  • Execution-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical, O&P or orthotics background
  • Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed company
  • Exposure to building CS or clinical sales infrastructure
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic partners. Build deep, trust-based relationships with physicians, O&P clinicians, administrators, and practice managers.
  • Lead structured onboarding plans for new clinical accounts
  • Coordinate handoffs from Sales & SalesOps
  • Train clinicians and staff on workflow integration
  • Ensure billing and documentation workflows are clearly understood
  • Drive strong early utilization and adoption
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Track key metrics: utilization, order volume, provider activation, clinician experience
  • Identify upsell/expansion opportunities across locations
  • Proactively manage renewal timelines
  • Ensure long-term account health
  • Maintain a high-touch, white-glove experience
  • Own escalations and turn issues into long-term improvements
  • Ensure clinics feel supported, heard, and prioritized
  • Collect structured feedback from clinicians
  • Identify workflow pain points, billing friction, and needed improvements
  • Partner closely with Product to prioritize improvements
  • Close the loop with customers when updates are shipped
  • Ensure clean handoffs from sales to implementation
  • Collaborate with Ops on fulfillment, manufacturing, and turnaround times
  • Work with leadership on forecasting retention and expansion revenue
  • Help define scalable playbooks for Clinical Success
  • Build onboarding playbooks
  • Establish cadence templates (QBRs, check-ins)
  • Develop account health scoring
  • Implement tracking systems (HubSpot, CRM workflows, reporting)
  • Own and grow a portfolio of clinical accounts
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and activation
  • Drive utilization and recurring order growth
  • Maintain frequent check-ins and structured engagement
  • Partner with Product to continuously improve workflow
  • Manage escalations with urgency and professionalism
