As our Clinical Care Manager, you’ll lead the Rapid Access Unit team in delivering fast, compassionate, high‑quality care to people experiencing behavioral health crises. Your leadership will help stabilize clients, support staff development, and strengthen connection points across our community.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a human services field
  • Active or provisional: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, PLPC, or PsyD
  • Strong leadership and team‑building abilities
  • Clear, compassionate communication
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast‑paced situations
  • Familiarity with electronic health records
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year post‑licensure preferred
  • Experience in medical, crisis, or psychiatric settings is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and provide after‑hours on‑call support
  • Guide and support front‑line behavioral health staff
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and training
  • Hold regular supervision and performance evaluations
  • Promote a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Oversee client care concerns and delegate appropriate interventions
  • Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor workflows and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate monthly reporting to the Department of Mental Health
  • Develop corrective action plans with HR and leadership
  • Order supplies and manage equipment for the Rapid Access Unit
  • Manage staff schedules, timecards, and Workday requests
  • Support safety drills, facility needs, and emergency procedures
  • Assist with community outreach and strengthening referral pathways
