We are seeking a per-diem Clinical Chaperone-Phlebotomist to support our physicians and ensure seamless patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

Phlebotomy certification (preferred).
Computer proficiency – ability to access, input, and retrieve patient information.
Strong teamwork skills – collaborate effectively and promote team spirit.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – engage with both patients and colleagues professionally.
Problem-solving abilities – handle interpersonal situations with tact and avoid unnecessary conflict.
Adaptability – work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and personalities.

Responsibilities

Assisting Physicians with Procedures: Support physicians during infertility treatment procedures such as:
IUIs (Intrauterine Inseminations)
Ultrasounds (stim, pregnancy, 3D)
Saline sonograms
Post-operative care and physical exams
Cyst or fluid aspiration
Phlebotomy (if certified)
Anticipating physician needs and helping them stay on schedule.
Accurately documenting procedures and patient interactions.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.
Calling for assistance from healthcare support personnel when needed.
