The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with the program director to support four to eight social workers and/or substance use counselors in delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed and person-centered patient services. The incumbent provides clinical supervision for staff as they support patients working towards changing their substance use and improving the quality of their daily lives in an outpatient clinic setting. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $113,800 - $178,300 (Annual Rate). OTOP provides evidence-based outpatient treatment for substance use disorders with particular emphasis on medications for opioid addiction treatment. Our clinic has rapidly been expanding intake services to increase access to methadone treatment in San Francisco.
