What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll help ensure the accuracy, organization, and compliance of critical laboratory data and quality systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a laboratory, quality, or regulated environment
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency with data systems and Microsoft Office (Excel experience highly preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, compliance-driven setting

Responsibilities

Support Quality Assurance initiatives related to quality control, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
Archive and maintain data binders, training files, and equipment records to ensure audit readiness
Compile and organize data for instrument correlation and carryover testing
Create graphs, dashboards, and reports for monthly quality indicators
Perform data entry and tracking for rejected assays, CEUs, and equipment logs
Generate and distribute CEU certificates
Run and analyze reports from MasterControl, Access nonconformance database, FileMaker, and other quality management systems
Assist in maintaining compliance with CLIA, CAP, FDA, and state regulatory standards
Follow established SOPs and laboratory safety protocols
Communicate quality-related concerns and findings to QA leadership
