Our Lady of Consolation is located on the beautiful Great South Bay and is comprised of a 345-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center. Our nurses, physicians and support staff are devoted to providing patient driven health care in an environment of compassion to our patients, their families and our community. Our focus is to create a culture of healing and safety while upholding our religious mission. The primary purpose of your job is to plan, organize and develop the overall operation of resident/patient nutritional services in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, in accordance with the Director of Food Services and the Chief Clinical Dietician. Provide services as required by the State Hospital Code and Federal Register of Dietitians for Skilled Nursing and Health Related Facilities.
