Clinical Director Thurston TCAT #256 & Mason TCAT #257 Olympia & Shelton, Washington Lead Clinical Innovation. Transform Lives. We are seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership for two Telecare TCAT programs serving Thurston and Mason Counties . What You Will Do to Change Lives In this mid-level leadership role , the Clinical Director works under the direction of the Program Administrator to provide clinical leadership, coordination, and supervision for multidisciplinary treatment teams across Thurston TCAT #256 and Mason TCAT #257 . This role supports program quality, staff development, and community collaboration to ensure Telecare services meet the highest standards of care. Key responsibilities include: Serving as the clinical authority for both programs, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements Providing clinical supervision and leadership to multidisciplinary behavioral health teams Supporting the Administrator with quality improvement initiatives and program operations Ensuring treatment practices align with recovery-oriented care and evidence-based practices Overseeing documentation and conducting clinical chart audits to meet state and county standards Building and maintaining strong partnerships with county partners, providers, and community stakeholders Supporting incident reviews and regulatory reporting when necessary Ensuring members served receive high-quality, compassionate behavioral health services This position also participates in a structured leadership on-call rotation , supporting program operations outside standard business hours when necessary. Schedule Full Time | Salaried Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekend availability may be required for urgent program needs. The Clinical Director will work across both Thurston County (Olympia) and Mason County (Shelton) program locations. Compensation Expected starting salary: $96,263.29 – $118,919.08 annually. Maximum range: $141,574.87. Starting pay is determined based on experience, licensure, and qualifications above the minimum requirements. Requirements

  • Current Washington State licensure as one of the following: LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent behavioral health licensure
  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • One (1) year of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting AND
  • Two (2) years post-graduate clinical experience in mental health services
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use needs
  • Experience collaborating with families, community partners, and advisory groups
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse and multicultural populations
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screenings including background clearance, physical exam, tuberculosis testing, and license verification
