Requirements

At least 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN or CMA.
Proven expertise in phlebotomy and administering injections/vaccines.
Ability to translate complex medical ideas into simple, empathetic language.
Impeccable organizational skills and access to reliable personal transportation.
For the protection of our team and patients, full vaccination (including COVID-19 booster) is required.
You are smart, friendly, and outgoing.
You have strong computer skills and navigate digital systems with ease.
You think on your feet and handle high-pressure situations with grace.

Responsibilities

Room patients efficiently, obtaining and documenting vital signs (BP, Temp, Pulse, Respiration, Ht/Wt) directly into the EHR.
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection following strict phlebotomy protocols.
Administer immunizations and injections per physician orders while maintaining meticulous vaccine records.
Assist with minor procedures and examinations as needed.
Handle other clinical duties required to keep our high-speed clinic running smoothly.
