Requirements

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN or CMA.
  • Proven expertise in phlebotomy and administering injections/vaccines.
  • Ability to translate complex medical ideas into simple, empathetic language.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and access to reliable personal transportation.
  • For the protection of our team and patients, full vaccination (including COVID-19 booster) is required.
  • You are smart, friendly, and outgoing.
  • You have strong computer skills and navigate digital systems with ease.
  • You think on your feet and handle high-pressure situations with grace.

Responsibilities

  • Room patients efficiently, obtaining and documenting vital signs (BP, Temp, Pulse, Respiration, Ht/Wt) directly into the EHR.
  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection following strict phlebotomy protocols.
  • Administer immunizations and injections per physician orders while maintaining meticulous vaccine records.
  • Assist with minor procedures and examinations as needed.
  • Handle other clinical duties required to keep our high-speed clinic running smoothly.
