About The Position
Indiana Heart Physicians Building 5330 E Stop 11 Rd Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 The back-end of a clinical office is a busy place. Patient assessments and care planning, maintaining medical records, scheduling procedures, managing billing and data entry are just some of the tasks required to provide high quality patient care. Our office needs someone who can address the daily needs of staff and patients pleasantly and efficiently. Someone who can assist providers and staff in coordinating patient care, one that can manage people and policies with equal skill. That individual can fulfill the needs of the Franciscan RN Clinical Manager role. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Manage Clinical Cardiology HOPD Staff and assist staff as needed Provide appropriate people to keep staff trained on relevant clinical issues (new equipment, medications, procedures, computer programs, etc.). Hold monthly staff meetings to keep staff up to date on changes and issues relevant to the clinical world. Ensure staff has CPR training and up-to-date TB test. Update Policies and Procedures related to safety in the clinical areas. Maintain Crash Carts and Precipitous Labor Bags.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree RN - Required
- 2 years Nursing - Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree RN - Preferred
- Cardiology Experience - Highly Desired
Responsibilities
