About The Position

Clinical Operations & Workflow Oversee daily clinical operations across all imaging modalities and locations Monitor staffing levels, coverage, and workflow efficiency Identify and resolve operational issues impacting patient flow or care delivery Serve as the primary clinical escalation point for day-to-day operational concerns Ensure studies are completed, documented, and reported appropriately Equipment Management & Preventive Maintenance Schedule, track, and coordinate preventive maintenance (PMs) for all imaging equipment Manage equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting, and service calls Communicate directly with vendors regarding repairs, timelines, and escalations Track equipment downtime and recurring issues Support service contract management and renewals Vendor & Service Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for imaging equipment vendors and service providers Coordinate inspections, repairs, and required regulatory servicing Escalate unresolved service issues to leadership as appropriate Maintain documentation related to equipment service and maintenance Staff Supervision & Leadership Supervise clinical staff including technologists Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of clinical staff Support performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions Ensure staff competency, licensure, certifications, and compliance Promote accountability, teamwork, and adherence to clinical and professional standards Quality, Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with ACR, radiation safety, and regulatory requirements Support ACR renewals, inspections, and audits Maintain clinical policies, procedures, and protocols Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and quality of care Adhere to radiation safety and MRI safety guidelines Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with Scheduling, Administrative Leadership, and Executive Team Communicate operational updates, workflow changes, and clinical impacts Act as liaison between technologists, physicians, support staff, and administration Provide clinical leadership coverage in the absence of executive leadership when needed Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of outpatient imaging center operations Ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, and urgent issues Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-volume or high-stress situations Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to sit or work at a computer for extended periods Ability to stand, walk, and work in clinical environments Ability to lift up to 50 pounds General Responsibilities: Follows safety and compliance policies and procedures Adheres to EIC Dress Code Policy Reduces noise levels in all areas; keeps voice down and does not discuss personal matters where patients/visitors may overhear Keeps work area [including exam rooms] clean and orderly and maintains inventory Treats co-workers as teammates; supports the roles of others Demonstrates a commitment to customer service: Makes effort to listen and understand customer concerns, needs or issues. Requirements

  • Radiologic Technologist
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Active CT technical license
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical imaging experience
  • Current CPR/BLS
  • Responsible to keep license current and provide copy on annual basis.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage high patient and/or workflow volumes.
  • Provide for patient care, comfort, safety and patient confidentiality.
