About The Position

Organization: CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Van Ness Position Overview: Designs, implements, and evaluates patient specific and population based programs of care. Advances the practice of nursing to achieve quality and cost effective patient outcomes. Leads multidisciplinary groups in designing and implementing innovative evidenced based practice that address system problems or patient care issues. Adheres to hospital polices, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws/regulations and codes to promote a quality, highly reliable patient experience. Engages in continuous growth and development in professional advanced nursing practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Master's: nursing or equivalent education/experience
- RN-Registered Nurse of California
- CNS-Clinical Nurse Specialist
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- 5 years recent relevant experience.
