Cultivate Clinical Excellence by identifying specialized training needs and developing comprehensive learning programs that empower staff to deliver the highest standard of care. Engineer Quality & Performance Solutions by collaborating with leadership to resolve system bottlenecks, implement cost-containment strategies, and drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives. Champion Fiscal & Strategic Stewardship by managing the annual budget and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the program’s long-term sustainability and success.

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Licensed Counselor specializing in Chemical Dependency preferred.
  • Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
