Position Summary We are actively recruiting for a research coordinator to join our team at Clayton Eye Center. Responsibilities A Research Coordinator I will be expected to meet the following performance benchmarks: Adhere to CEC and CECR policies and procedures which include HIPAA, OSHA, EEO regulations, CECR SOPs and GCPs. Complete assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner to meet enrollment goals and sponsor timelines Effectively communicate deadlines, challenges, and expectations with director, team lead and more experienced coordinators in the team to share the occurrence and learn how to manage the situations. Work ethically and with integrity, performing all tasks to GCP standards. Exhibit sound judgment, making timely decisions independently and seeking guidance from director and team lead when appropriate. Ability to successfully delegate tasks to research assistants when appropriate.
