About The Position

The Clark Lab is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator to work on studies that investigate the effects of stress in adults, using behavioral, neuropsychological, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of the lab; conduct participant recruitment, screening, and neuropsychological assessments; and assist with MRI data acquisition. The individual in this position will contribute to the Neuropsychology & Neuroimaging Lab’s aims of elucidating neural mechanisms underlying behavioral, cognitive, psychiatric, and health-related effects associated with stress exposure. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related discipline
  • No experience required.
  • One year of research experience preferred (prior experience in conducting psychiatric interviews and neuropsychological testing with patients or research participants is preferred)
  • A commitment of 2 years or more is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates who have experience with: E-Prime coding/experimental design, MRI analysis packages (FSL, SPM, Freesurfer, AFNI), and/or database programs (REDCap) are desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct participant recruitment, scheduling, and screening.
  • Conduct structured clinical interviews and neuropsychological test batteries.
  • Assist in the collection, organization, analysis, and review of experimental data for publication and presentation.
  • Assist with other lab-related duties
