We are a research group from the Duke Global Health Institute and the Duke Cancer Institute looking for a short-term Clinical Research Specialist, Sr. to join our team for the study Developing a Road-map for Implementation of Home-Based HPV Screening Among Members of the Lumbee Tribe in North Carolina. You will recruit women in the Lumbee Tribe, age 21-65 to participate in a brief one-time survey and conduct in-depth interviews with selected survey participants. You will be trained in qualitative data collection methods and will have the opportunity to engage in structured conversations with a population about a pressing reproductive health issue. This pilot study will explore implementation factors for HPV self-testing in this population.

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with Robeson County, North Carolina community
  • 3 years clinical research experience, including research study recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
