About The Position

Specialty Counseling & Consulting (SCC) is seeking an experienced, licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for our Greeley and Loveland outpatient offices. This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician who enjoys mentoring others, values autonomy, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This is a leadership position for someone who is confident working independently while also being an engaged, supportive member of a strong leadership and clinical team. The Clinical Supervisor provides both clinical and operational leadership across two locations. This position balances supervision, mentorship, compliance oversight, and day-to-day operational support, while maintaining a limited client caseload. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organization, follow-through, and the ability to build trust with clinicians and leadership alike.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active Colorado clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience
  • Ability to work full-time, in person, across Greeley and Loveland offices

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed, provisionally licensed clinicians, and clinical interns.
  • Serve as a mentor and clinical resource, supporting professional growth and clinical quality
  • Maintain oversight of documentation, ethical practice, and regulatory compliance
  • Support daily site operations, workflow, and staff coordination
  • Partner with leadership on quality improvement, performance outcomes, and program development
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Represent SCC in community and inter-agency collaboration as needed
