Eliot is seeking a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to join our CBHC Outreach Team. Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults. Our Outreach Team focuses on providing stabilization and recovery support for clients out in the community. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee staff serving adults in community and facility settings. Supervision will entail side-by-side interventions, encouraging evidence-based treatment and support.

Requirements

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
  • Hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (i.e.: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.)
  • Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
  • Valid Massachusetts Drivers License

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, both in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventions
  • Ensure the individual is at the center of care, with interventions tailored to their preferences and goals
  • Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.
  • Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, and encouraging positive behaviors
  • Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms, responses to interventions, and ensure all treatment plans are completed and involve the individual in their planning process
