Clinical Supervisor – Substance Use Treatment (CSAC + ICS)
About The Position
At Wood Violet Recovery, we help adults (ages 18-64) recover from substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health challenges, and other mental health concerns. Located in the scenic hills of Dodgeville, WI—just 45 minutes from Madison—our residential program provides hope, healing, and lasting recovery. We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to help lead and support our clinical team of counselors, therapists, and group facilitators. Requirements
- Active Wisconsin CSAC and ICS license.
- 2+ years clinical experience with dual-diagnosis or mental health clients.
- 1+ year supervisory experience in a clinical treatment setting.
- Knowledge of integrated treatment models and recovery-oriented care.
- Valid WI Driver’s License.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass caregiver and criminal background checks, as well as a drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and inspire clinical staff.
- Monitor client needs and behaviors through team supervision and feedback.
- Review and audit clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate on the design and enhancement of program curriculum.
- Coordinate individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Step in as Acting Clinical Director when needed.
- Support therapeutic groups, activities, and community events.
- Respond to client crises with professionalism and care.
