Tuition assistance and the ability to work for a company that qualifies for PSLF Benefit eligibility after 30 days of employment $55,000-$62,700 annually (dependent upon experience) Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services is looking for a full-time Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to clinically supervise clinicians and students as well as completes direct outpatient therapy to community individuals. Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives. A primary focus throughout the program is the philosophy of Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS), a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors, and prevents negative behaviors, to create safe, supportive living environments. Each year, more than 1,000 children and adolescents receive specialized care, in the environment best suited to the unique challenges they face, all with the goal of providing each child with the academic, social, emotional and life skills needed to flourish in their home community

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Service discipline.
  • DBT Experience required.
  • Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • 3 years’ behavioral health care experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Supervisory Experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision to outpatient clinicians to assure clinicians are following state/county guidelines as well as maintaining administrative oversight of services delivered.
  • Ensures that clinicians comply with all regulatory, organizational and center standards of care. Ensures that safe and effective delivery and documentation of resiliency services for all individuals in outpatient program.
  • Provides direct clinical services utilizing evidence-based models.
  • Ensures proper documentation of program participation, record keeping for charts and/or referrals including medication, case management, treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Interviews, selects, orients and supervises employee or consults and recommends termination in conjunction with Supervisors, Administrators, and People Operations.
  • Serves in a liaison capacity communicating with staff, individuals, interagency team, school representatives, guardians/family and other members of the treatment team as indicated. Attends required meetings including interagency meetings, consultations meeting, and county meetings.
  • Oversees at least one Evidence based program and maintain the fidelity of the program.
  • Oversees the evaluation process and staffing of cases.
