About The Position

The Clinical Systems Analyst Internship responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Assist in development of a project timeline for an Epic Clinical Documentation related effort; including Epic build/test/implementation plans to ensure project success with various stakeholders and requirements. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with multiple analyst teams and operational stakeholders. Develop standard documentation for internal projects to be replicated for future use. Communicate project updates, milestones, and delays to team on a weekly basis Streamline the influx of Epic requests to allow the team to implement resolutions more efficiently

Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
  • Must be in good academic standing
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, asylee, refugee, or lawful permanent resident
  • Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
  • Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2026 – August 2026.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to be detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Epic a plus, but not required
