As a Clinical Team Assistant for our Social Work Team, you will assist Social Workers to improve communication and ensure quality patient care. You will act as the key link between clinicians and clinical managers. The schedule for this position is 40 hrs. per week, Monday - Friday 8am-5:00pm.
Compensation: 22/hr. - 27/hr. based on experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree or prior administrative or CTA experience
• Minimum of two years of office (clerical) related experienced required, in a health care setting strongly preferred.
• Prior experience as an admin/scheduler

Responsibilities

• Adjusts schedule to meet expected productivity.
• Coordinates staff’s daily workload, assuring continuity of care.
• Serves as a scheduling resource to team members, Intake Department, Phlebotomy Department and patients.
• Provides clerical support to clinical managers and clinical staff (i.e., meeting minutes, letters, flyers, faxing, etc.).
• Assures service satisfaction through appropriate communication with staff, patients and hospice department.
