Clinical Team Leader
About The Position
The Clinical Team Leader will design and supervise a safe environment and positive residential treatment program. Establish and maintain a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Legacy Treatment Services. Responsibility for meeting all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to OOL, DCP&P and COA. The Clinical Team Leader will oversee and coordinate all aspects of a resident’s clinical treatment program along with providing individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with other treatment team members. Hours: Full Time, flexible
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in social work or counseling
- License or license eligible required, LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC
