Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Home health and clinical experience
- Experience with home health clinical documentation, including OASIS and electronic medical record systems such as Homecare Homebase, preferred
- Interest in developing leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Reliable transportation and local travel
- Must be able to lift, pull, and push 50-100 lbs

Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team of field clinicians
- Coordinating and overseeing patient care plans
