Why You Should Join Us This is a Clinical Territory Manager, Rehabilitation role in the Southeast area . You will join a dynamic sales team in the rehabilitation market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and market adoption of our innovative medical devices, working closely with healthcare professionals, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and clinics. You will leverage your clinical expertise and sales acumen to educate and support customers while developing strong relationships that lead to business growth.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a healthcare related profession required, with a strong preference for physical and occupational therapy.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales or related healthcare sales, with a focus on new product introduction.
  • Proven experience working directly with key stakeholders, including physicians, physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and the VA system.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business development and entrepreneurial strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in delivering training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals, with the ability to adapt and innovate.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient computer skills and comfortable working across multiple systems (CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Comfort and ability to travel 50-80%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and the VA system.
  • Be a trusted clinical advisor to customers, providing in-depth training and ongoing education on patient selection, therapy implementation and proper use of our products.
  • Lead product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations to showcase the efficacy and benefits of our solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Represent MedRhythms at various conferences, workshops, and events to promote products and establish brand presence.
