About The Position

We’re on the hunt for a licensed, full-time Clinical Therapist. Oh—and yep, there’s a $1500 hiring bonus (paid out quarterly in your first year). We’re deeply sarcastic and ridiculously passionate about making therapy actually work. We nerd out over Gottman Methodology, trauma-informed work, outcome-focused care, and what snacks to bring to team meetings. The Clinical Therapist will report directly to the Director of Clinical Operations. The primary purpose of the Clinical Therapist position is to maintain an active caseload of individual clients and excel in clinical growth. Requirements

• Must be licensed in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• See clients (we’ll build your caseload together)
• Keep notes within 72 hours
• Use feedback-informed treatment
• Attend monthly team meetings
• Stay licensed + ethical (#Duh)
• time-limited: assist in development of clinical programming or other clinical-related projects
