This Masters level clinical position requires experience with latency-aged youth, knowledge of trauma-informed care and excellent interpersonal skills. The Clinician is responsible for providing trauma informed clinical services to children and their families through individual, dyad, group, and family therapy at Italian Home. The Clinician works with children ages 4-14 that have experienced complex trauma and adversity, impacting their ability to regulate themselves both socially and emotionally. The Clinician is responsible for assessment, intervention, case management and for serving as the primary contact for all involved family members and collaterals, which requires an individual with good organizational skills. Internally, the Clinician works closely with direct care staff and managers, nursing staff, and psychiatrists. The Clinician is expected to provide the highest quality of care to children and families.
