We’re looking for an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with our product groups performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. Services include but not limited to data collection, reconciliation, client driven reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting is preferred.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of financial modeling.
Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents in order to create calculations for financial models.
Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Model compliance tests as defined in legal documents onto in-house systems.
Interpret legal documents including indentures and credit agreements.
Create waterfall calculations as well as borrowing base calculations according to legal documents.
Troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling differences.
Create innovative solutions based upon understanding of clients’ need, market conditions and/or technical expertise.
