We’re looking for an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with our product groups performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. Services include but not limited to data collection, reconciliation, client driven reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting is preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents in order to create calculations for financial models.
  • Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Model compliance tests as defined in legal documents onto in-house systems.
  • Interpret legal documents including indentures and credit agreements.
  • Create waterfall calculations as well as borrowing base calculations according to legal documents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling differences.
  • Create innovative solutions based upon understanding of clients’ need, market conditions and/or technical expertise.
