General Job Summary The Closer is responsible for managing the preparation of closing documents for loans. Summary of Essential Job Functions Prepare closing documents in LOS in time to meet closing date. Assure that all closing conditions have been complied with on loan. Complete thorough review of title work, homeowners insurance, etc. to assure all are in compliance with requirements of loan program/closing conditions. . Deliver closing package to the Title Company/Closing Agent Coordinate with Title Company Closing Agent to assure all documents are correct. Review the CD sent over by the Closing Agent Make sure the CD matches the Mortgage Builder system Make sure the CD is in Compliance with the Underwriting Conditions Request wire to fund closing. Enter wire information in the Online Banking system or request this function be done by authorized personnel. Other Job Functions All other duties as assigned by management
