About The Position

Kid’s World Learning Center is a hands-on, high-accountability organization seeking an experienced early childhood leader to join our administrative team. This position is ideal for a current Assistant Director, Lead Teacher ready to step into leadership, or an experienced ECE professional who understands licensing, ratios, classroom support, and staff coaching.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education
• Experience as an Assistant Director, Lead Teacher, Director Designee, or similar role perferred
• Working knowledge of Georgia DECAL licensing and Quality Rated standards
• Ability to support classrooms, staff, and compliance simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Center Director to oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Ensure DECAL licensing compliance and uphold Quality Rated standards
• Coach, support, and develop teachers through observations and feedback
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with families
• Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios and model best practices
• Support and protect our nature-based, farm-to-ECE culture
• Help create a calm, organized, and supportive school environment
