About The Position

For Global Cloud Operations at Charles River Development (CRD), this initiative is designed to accelerate our journey toward transformation and operational excellence by fostering a collaborative, two-way learning environment. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Requirements

Experience with AI solutions that augment tasks that require greater efficiencies
Experience with one or more structured programming languages (SQL preferred)
Understanding of basic system administration concepts: configuration, resource sharing, OS fundamentals
Relevant technical/functional coursework, academic projects, or extracurricular activities
Understanding Technology Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills, including process analysis
Ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting client expectations
Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a team environment
Planning to graduate in 2027

Responsibilities

Project management and organization of tasks for both you and other teams
Participating in governance and audit activities relating to our technical processes and procedures
Automation, Documentation, Diagrams and Reporting
Using approved AI tools to enhance productivity for all work efforts
Responding to internal and external client requests for technical assistance
Diagnosing software issues and recommending appropriate solutions
Analyzing problems, answering product-related questions, and providing user guidance
Identifying, testing, and documenting workarounds for software bugs or functional gaps
Contributing to continued improvements of support processes and tools
Logging customer interactions and preparing resolution summaries
