Job Summary: Responsible for management and engineering of infrastructure technologies that may involve virtualization and computer hardware, storage and backups, active directory and messaging or automation and deployments.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with: Core infrastructure design
Experience with: Azure foundations and Azure Landing Zone methodologies
Experience with: Cloud networking such as VPCs, Private Endpoints, NSGs and firewalls
Experience with: AI technologies such as OpenAI, AI Foundry, Gemini, etc.
Experience with: Infrastructure automation technologies such as Terraform, VMware Cloud Foundations, Azure Bicep and ARM templates
Experience with: Backup technologies and overall data recovery methodologies, replication technologies including cloud backup methodologies
Experience with: Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, SAML/OpenID connect, DNS/DHCP and encryption solutions
Monitoring technologies, automation scripting and management, deployment, and system maintenance methodologies
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Knowledge of typical organizational politics and political tactics; ability to effectively navigate formal and informal communication and decision-making channels
Strong Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations

Responsibilities

Serve as a technology resource for Azure infrastructure and related systems
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated infrastructure issues
Design, deploy, and manage Azure services
Design and implement Azure Landing Zones to establish secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environments aligned with organizational standards
Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep
Perform and coordinate routine maintenance on responsible systems
Develop and maintain SOP’s and QRG’s for infrastructure tasks and support cross-training with other teams
Creates documentation of overall infrastructure systems architecture (including cloud technology)
Supports the creation of capacity plans and maintaining configuration management
Participate in vendor and solution evaluations as assigned
Uses repeatable best practices in compliance with TMNAS architectural standards and engineering methodology
Implement and support monitoring, alerting, and logging using of cloud resources
Assists with the implementation of best practice security measures to protect corporate data and systems
